Please read these terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”, “Privacy Policy”, “Terms of use”) carefully before proceeding use of http://BudgetPartyRentals.com operated by Budget Party Rentals (“us”, “we”, “our”, “BudgetPartyRentals.com”, “BP”, or “Budget Party”)

By accessing the website at BudgetPartyRentals.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

The user is granted temporary personal access to materials or information on BudgetPartyrentals.com for viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title or ownership, and under this license, you may not:

In no event shall BudgetPartyRentals or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Budget Party Rentals's website, even if Budget Party Rentals or a Budget Party Rentals authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Terms of Rental

1. Terms

Please read these terms of rental use (“Terms”, “Terms of Rental Use”, “Terms of use”) carefully before signing/renting equipment use of BudgetPartyRentals operated by Budget Party Rentals (“us”, “we”, “our”, “BudgetPartyRentals.com”, “BP”, or “Budget Party”)

2. Lost or Damaged Items

Customers are responsible for equipment from Drop off to Pick up. It is the customer's responsibility to secure equipment when not in use and to protect equipment from the weather at all times. The customer will be charged the replacement cost for damaged or missing items, including boxes and crates.

3. Liability

In no event shall Budget Party Rentals or its workers be liable for any damages or loss in profits due to maneuverability or loss of information. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a clear and safe pathway to the event and confirm the event before the event date. If the pathway to the event is deemed unsafe by BudgetPartyRentas workers BudgetPartyRentals reserves the right to terminate rental immediately, no matter the circumstances.

4. Assembly & Disassembly

Budget Party Rentals and its workers are in no way responsible for assembling or disassembling items unless the customer has requested for that service ahead of time for a fee. The customer is responsible for returning the items in the same condition as they were received. This includes folding linens, stacking chairs folding tables, placing all utensils and glasses in the same containers at which they were delivered, etc. If you wish for budget party rentals to assemble equipment that requires us to disturb the ground we will not be liable for damages to ground or pipes that may lay beneath the surface. If you believe there are underground utilities in the area of assembly please call the proper services and clearly mark any pipes before delivery.

5.Scheduled Delivery and Pick-Up

Customer must be present during delivery and pick-up to sign off on delivery and payment. It is the customer's responsibility to be present and on time during delivery and pickup. If the customer is late BudgetPartyRentals will wait up to 20 Minutes for the customer to arrive after that, the rental will be terminated. If the customer would like for us to return they will be responsible for a surcharge. A surcharge is at BudgetPartyRentals discretion.

6. Recovery of Property

Budget Party Rentals staff reserves the right to enter the customer's property to retrieve property that belongs to Budget Party Rentals. Under These circumstances, Budget Party Rentals is not responsible nor liable for any damages done to the customer's property during the recovery of BP property. This circumstance is needed when the customer refuses to return the property of Budget Party Rentals or ignores efforts of Budget Party Rentals staff to organize a pick-up.

7. Safety

Budget Party Rentals is not responsible for any injuries acquired from equipment that was moved or set up by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to safely set up and position equipment. If you do not wish to set up budget party rentals provides set up for an extra cost that must be requested before delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure its guest's safety during an event of hazardous weather as defined as (Winds reaching 25 MPH or higher, heavy rain or hale, extream heat 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher) It is not Budget Party Rentals responsibility to ensure safe operating weather.

8. Purchases and Payment

The customers are required to submit accurate and current billing information. Although we do accept most major credit/debit cards in some cases the customer may have to pay in cash or check. This is at Budget Party Rentals discretion. Customers agree to pay an extra fee for the use of credit/debit cards. Budget Party Rentals reserves the right to require a down payment before delivery.

9. Cancelation

Customers that have submitted a down payment are only subject to a 100% refund of down payment if they have canceled 48 Hours before the scheduled delivery date. If there was no delivery date scheduled then customers must cancel 48 hours before the event date. If the customer fails to cancel 24 hours in advanced they are only subject to a refund of 50%. Budget Party Rentals will not give refunds on orders that were canceled less than 24 Hours in advance. Budget Party Rentals reserves the right to change these terms in customers notes of invoice.

10. Sent in Photos

Budget Party Rentals owns the right to any and all photos sent in by customers. By sending us Event photos we reserve the right to post and share photos throughout our platforms. This includes Facebook, Instagram, Website, and any promotional flyers or banners.

Failure to abide by the following terms can result in surcharges added to the customer's bill or termination of rental.
